I found my only window for exercising was mornig before my family went to work. It was really hard to get up but sometimes a neighbor would meet me at 6:30 and we had 45 minutes to walk and talk. Personally, I just can't manage the end of the day. I feel too tired by then.

The body doesn't know the difference between morning and evening exercise, therefore it's a very personal choice.  Many people feel tired in the evening and can't get motivated.  Others need time in the morning to to wake up, relax,  then start their day.  Find what works best for you and when you feel you get the best workout.  The most important thing is to actually make the time to exercise!

Does running up and down the stairs doing errands for our loved ones count as cardiovascular exercise...Smile?

Dear Susan, have you tried the Leslie Sanson walking dvd's? You can do them at home, you can buy them for various time lengths/miles, and she is very uplifting. Not only do you walk, you get a boost of positive psychology. I love them. Good luck. Robin
