You can do them at home, you can buy them for various time lengths/miles, and she is very uplifting. Not only do you walk, you get a boost of positive psychology. I love them. Good luck. It was really hard to get up but sometimes a neighbor would meet me at 6:30 and we had 45 minutes to walk and talk. Personally, I just can&amp;#39;t manage the end of the day.
